St. Paul SCORE® - Free Counseling

Whether you are just starting a business, or expanding an established business, SCORE counselors are here to help you succeed. Set up an appointment to meet with a business counselor to develop your business plan, discuss a new idea, or tackle a business problem.

There is no charge for counseling, no matter how many sessions are needed. Each session will last about one hour. Regular follow-on sessions are encouraged to review progress. Counseling is available to all U.S. citizens over the age of thirteen (13).

Requests received at the St. Paul SCORE office are normally assigned to a counselor on Monday morning. Both you and the assigned counselor will be notified of the assignment by email. The counselor will usually contact you within a few days of notification to set up an appointment at a convenient time and place.

To help us assign the best available counselor, we need as much information as you can provide on the nature of counseling you are seeking. Describe the specific assistance you're requesting in the large box under "What is the nature of counseling you are seeking." Tell us about the type of business that you are in, or that you plan to start. What is your industry, product, or service? What are your specific counseling needs? Providing this information will help us to better serve you.
